Round Table Discussions – Summer 2025

Join us in cultivating the art of contemplative discussion and questioning. Explore a process that may lead to discovering deeper meaning beneath what is seemingly straight forward, things that we never question. We probe abstract ideas, feeding off each others questions and comments, opening us to the possibility of deeper insights.

June*

Date: Sunday, June 8th, 2025

Time: 1:15pm-3:00pm

Topic: Freewill

We will use the following passage as a basis for our discussion- Theosophy derives from the Greek terms theos and sophia, meaning “Divine Wisdom”. It recognizes that the energy of the One Source holds all life together by Divine Will, sustains it by beneficent power of Divine Love and guides it on the evolutionary path by Divine Intelligence. To the extent that humanity recognizes this divine energy as the power source of our innermost being, and as humanity begins to live more in harmony with it by expressing unity and compassion in daily life, then we begin to fulfill the grand purpose of life.
